Born on New Year's Day in the shadow of Tolworth Tower, I've tried living in Australia and Italy but can never stay away from London for too long. Following University I enjoyed teaching English as a Foreign Language before beginning a career in publishing. I worked in-house at Macmillan, City & Guilds and Edexcel/Pearson UK before going freelance in 2012.

In May 2012 Capital History also published my first non-fiction book, Tube London: Discovering London by Underground. For this project I researched and wrote a light-hearted guide to central London structured as an A-Z of of Zone 1 Tube stations. Find out more about the book and read the reviews.
I love travel, exploring London and learning new things. I'm currently studing photography at Greenwich Community College.
